You have complete freedom to set your prices, and you don't need to be a "senior stylist" to charge what you're worth. In fact, there's no maximum limit, but we do require a minimum. And if you're feeling lost, don't fret! We've got your back with guidance on how to price your services.

Attention all stylists! Ready to have it your way? Work 2, 3, or 4 consecutive days, but not on weekends? Absolutely! Prefer weekdays off to tend to your little ones? Awesome! We let you choose the days, you run the show. Just remember to work the days you picked consecutively, and you're good to go.

So, you've picked the days you want to work? That's great! Did you know that you are totally in control of the hours you work on those days too? Are you a morning person or a night owl? No worries, you can work whenever it suits you best. Do you prefer to work for short shifts 4 days a week, or maybe long shifts for only 2 days a week? Either way, we've got you covered.

And hey, we know that sometimes things don't go according to plan and you might have a day that falls apart. No problem! You can take an extended lunch break or go run some errands. It's cool, we won't judge. If you feel like staying at the salon, you can also fill your day off the waiting list. How amazing is that?

Your dress code can leave an impression on your ideal customer or target market guest, so it's essential to get it right. We don't want to give you a laundry list of rules, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

-Make sure your hair is done before you arrive at the salon.

-Apply makeup before you come in as well.

-No flip-flops, please.

And when it comes to your clothing and shoes, here's what we suggest:

-Current and fashionable attire is ideal.

-Choose functional clothing and shoes that allow you to perform all aspects of your role with ease.

-Clothes should be clean, wrinkle-free, and stain-free.

-If you're pushing fashion boundaries in one area, balance it out with simplicity in other areas.

-And when in doubt, wear all black.
